How can I pay for airport transfers?

Payment possible by PayPal, this safe payment system acceps credit cards. Also it is possible to pay to our Lithuanian bank account or cash to the driver. If you order taxi services, you can pay by credit card to the driver.

How I will recognize my transport?

Our driver will be waiting for you at the airport arrival gates, holding card (banner) with lead passenger’s name printed on it. 

What happens if my outbound flight (bus or train) is delayed?

Your driver will be kept aware of your arrival time and will be waiting to pick you up whenever you arrive. All at no extra charge.

What transport will operate on my journey?

Our company offers wide transport range. Transport depends on trip type and number of passengers. All cars and vans are with air condition. I haven’t received my confirmation email, what should I do?

Check your e-mail spam folder. If there is no, please contact us by phone. Usually we make confirmation in 1 business days. Also we can make confirmation by phone and sms.

Do you count infants (or children) as separate passenger?

Yes, we count infants and children as separate passenger. Please leave a note for us in your booking form telling us how many children will travel with you.

Do you provide an invoice and receipt?

Yes, If you are travelling on business our consultant will perform an invoice. If you need a tax invoice, please let us know in advance. We need to know companys name, code, VAT number, adress, contacts.

I can't find the driver?

Please phone us +370 645 45 124 or write SMS. Driver maybe waiting on another arrival exit gate.

If I have payed for your services, but you are not possible to make transfer?
If we are not possibble to provide you tranfer services, we inform you before 12 hours of your trip. We provide money back guarantee - you will get your money back in 2 business days.
